“Very persistent if they don't get a response. Try to call at all times of the day,evening and weekends. Either block the number, or answer to get rid of them. If you don't the phone will keep ringing. I have a truecall unit (from www truecall. co uk) so these harrassers simply get a messsage not to call again. Shouldnt have to pay money to stop these calls though in my opinion.”

“put the phone down when I answered. I was disturbed by this as I was in the middle of several things all of which I had to stop to answer the phone just to have the phone put down on me - TPS should also be for surveys, it is surely obvious if we don't want cold callers about double glazing etc. we also do not want to take part in cold calling re surveys.”
