“Claimed to be Sky, knew my name and that we'd recently got Sky broadband. Then tried to sell us Sky TV, wouldn't take "not interested in more TV as we barely watch TV" didn't know what Britbox was, kept saying Sky has every TV channel there is. I finally handed my phone to my husband who is much better at just saying no than I am. Glad I did after what everyone's said! Very rude and arrogant young man.”

“Two text messages. One message told me there was a voicemail. Listened to the voice mail and it was a woman talking to someone else. Very short voice message which cut off to silence. Rubbish voicemail message that meant nothing. I assume it was a rubbish marketing team trying to sell Sky as Google says it's Sky.”
