“Before 5 on a Tuesday I didn't get to answer (lucky me). Voicemail alert and I listened to approx 5 mins of hold music. I kept listening in case there was some logic but no. I see from reports here that it might be Eir. I cancelled subscription 3 months ago and received a message saying someone would touch shortly. Nobody got in touch but they keep billing me. Maybe that's why.”

“Just two ring tones - taking the phone, no person on the other end, just an automated message 'one of our staff tried to reach you and will call again'. Truth is: Nobody tried to reach me, it is ALWAYS automated messages only. Probable reason: I do not accept the 2 Euro (!!!) 'punishment payment' for manual payment instead of direct debit.”
