“Called claiming that my account had fraudulent charges from New York. Said I needed to have the card in possession to verify its me who he called!? HAHA. I told him, I didn't make any charges, then he asked, do you have any other accounts you use. I told him I had other accounts with another bank and then he said he needed to know those accounts so he can protect them from fraud as well. I asked him why he would need to know info on other accounts that have nothing to do with Bank of America? He continued to say, someone has your info and are making fraudulent charges, we are going to protect those accounts as well. That's when I hung up. Watch out people. They made this look real as hell with using BofAs actual phone #.”
