When I asked "if I were to call the number displayed on my caller ID and ask for you ...", he hung up. As a Wells Fargo customer, I know for a fact the fraud dept doesn't call from a branch in NY”

“Please please do not give any information to anyone that calls from this number. I was almost scammed, but I just realized before I was completely screwed over. This could be a legit number or something, but scammers can and will spoof it. IF SOMEONE CALLS ON THIS NUMBER ASKING FOR ANY INFORMATION AT ALL DON'T GIVE IT NO MATTER HOW URGENT THEY MAKE IT SEEM! “Kept calling daily. When I did answer they said I had a case filed against me in Arapahoe (which I don't). When I asked who they were calling from, they hung up. Very annoying. Called me at least once a day for months until I blocked them.”
