“I phone Lloyd's in regards to fraud shutting my card off (I went on a shopping spree) I get a call back, not from lloyds but from another number. The person on the other end said "good evening" to me. (Its 11.58AM so there's no way it could be mistaken) very fishy.”

“I have been called by this number a few times today. A voicemail had previously been left claiming to be from Lloyds Bank. I answered to check if it was important. The Asian lady wanted person details. I refused. She became agitated. I decided to terminate the call and check with Lloyds. It was not a call from Lloyds Bank. Lloyds BG do not call you.”
