“First texted me from BofA saying that there was a charge for almost 578 dollars to Target. Wanted me to answer yes or no if I authorized it. A call from the fraud department would follow. I took a screenshot of the number which was 747-268-2541. The call came supposedly from Bank of America 1-800-432-1000. A man claimed that there was a charge to Target using my card. I asked which card (I played along) and he said my debit card. I told him that I don't have Bank of America and he then changed it to the online purchase using Zelle. I don't use Zelle either and he gave up and said thank you have a nice day. Don't give ANY info over the phone!”
