“Got a voice mail from 800-432-1000. Told me I had a couple hundred-dollar charge and were calling to verify the purchase. The message started a few seconds into the call so there was no identification it was from B of A. The message directed me to call 877.886.3492 to verify the purchase. Since this site says it's a B of A fake call, I won't bother to call them back.”

“This evening (@6:55pm) got a call leaving a voicemail message claiming a charge on my BOA account and wondering if the charge was valid. I don't have a BOA account and don't answer calls from unknown persons anyway. Checked to see who the number belonged to and found it was supposed to be BOA fraud dept. Since I don't have an account, I assume the number was spoofed.”
