“Received a call after placing my first online money transfer through Wells Fargo to another Wells Fargo recipient. Our online accounts were frozen until I made the call to their spam center. A Spam caller could not have Frozen our online accounts. After my call they released the money for the wire transfer. After getting off the line I called Wells Fargo and verified the phone number as their fraud number. It's possible they're spoofing this number but my call to Wells Fargo was confirmed as Wells Fargo.”
