“Called on my land line and woke me at 7:25 am. Recording claiming this was their final call about my credit card and lowering my rates. Have had many of these. Always hang up. But this is the first before 9am. I really want to track down these people and tell them I am reporting them.”

“Received call about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards. I was asked for the expiration date on my card, then asked for the card number. I'm not stupid and told the caller that I am not comfortable giving that information out. She said that this was to pull up the statements and lower my rate. I hung up and then received two more calls immediately after from an "UNKNOWN" number. SCAM.”
