“tried scamming me saying they were from Bank of America fraud line about 2 Zelle transactions they wanted me to cancel. They also said they reached out since the requester acessed my zelle and tried removing my phone number as well. They wanted me to repeat and write down everything like case numbers and cancellation numbers letter by letter on a recorded line. I asked for an email and they declined to send it and said I needed to write it down and repeat it to them. As soon as I looked up the number since my suspicion was growing they got ffrusterated I was not repeating the numbers and hung up instantly. Calling back only get a spanish help line for B OA”
